Universal Elite Agency, LLC (“Universal Elite Agency,” “UEA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of the athletes, talent, coaches, executives, business partners, media professionals, prospective clients, website visitors, and other individuals with whom we interact.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and otherwise process personal information in connection with universaleliteagency.com, its subdomains, and any temporary, staging, preview, successor, or replacement website operated by Universal Elite Agency that links to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Site”).
This Privacy Policy also describes certain choices and privacy rights that may be available to you.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information that UEA processes through:
the Site;
inquiry and contact forms;
athlete, talent, coach, executive, sponsor, partner, press, and media intake processes;
email subscriptions and marketing communications;
SMS or text-message programs, where separately offered;
UEA’s content management and administrative systems;
forms or intake services operated for UEA through third-party platforms, including Google Forms;
communications you send directly to UEA; and
related website analytics, security, monitoring, video, hosting, and technical services.
This Privacy Policy does not govern independently operated websites, applications, social networks, teams, leagues, brands, sponsors, or other third parties that may be linked from the Site.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with UEA, we may collect the following categories of personal information.
A. Inquiry and Contact Information
When you contact UEA or submit an inquiry, we may collect information such as:
name;
email address;
telephone number, if provided;
company, organization, publication, network, team, league, or brand;
sport, league, position, or professional category;
the type of inquiry, such as talent representation, brand partnership, press/media, or general inquiry;
the contents of your message;
additional information you voluntarily provide;
the athlete, partner, coach, executive, campaign, or other UEA-related person or subject associated with your inquiry; and
the page or source from which the inquiry originated.
UEA may maintain internal notes, routing information, assignment information, inquiry status, and communications relating to an inquiry.
B. Athlete, Talent, Coach, Executive, and Professional Profile Information
In connection with representation, recruiting, relationship management, publicity, website content, or other authorized business activities, UEA may process information such as:
name;
photograph, headshot, likeness, voice, and video;
biography and professional history;
sport, position, team, organization, jersey number, or role;
hometown;
date of birth;
career statistics, achievements, awards, championships, milestones, and highlights;
social-media profiles and links;
professional contacts;
sponsorships, partnerships, campaigns, and affiliations;
career timelines;
authorized quotations, interviews, announcements, and editorial content; and
other information supplied by the individual, a parent or legal guardian, an authorized representative, team, organization, partner, sponsor, public source, or another lawful source.
The fact that information is published on the Site does not necessarily mean that all information UEA maintains about that individual is public.
C. Information About Minors
UEA represents, works with, or may feature individuals who are under 18.
UEA will publish personal information, photographs, video, likenesses, or other identifying media concerning an individual under 18 only pursuant to authorization from the individual’s parent or legal guardian.
UEA may request information necessary to document, administer, or verify such authorization.
Additional provisions concerning children under 13 appear in Section 12.
D. Marketing and Subscription Information
If you subscribe to UEA communications or otherwise separately consent to receive marketing, we may collect:
email address;
telephone number, if you separately enroll in an SMS program;
subscription source;
marketing preferences;
consent records;
subscription status;
opt-out or unsubscribe status; and
dates associated with subscription or preference changes.
Submitting a general inquiry does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive promotional email or marketing text messages.
E. Website, Device, and Technical Information
When you use the Site, certain technical information may be processed automatically, including:
IP address;
browser and device information;
user-agent information;
referring page or website;
requested pages and URLs;
language preference;
timestamps;
approximate traffic and usage information;
URL parameters;
error and diagnostic information; and
information used to detect abuse, maintain security, and rate-limit automated or excessive submissions.
F. Analytics Information
Where analytics are enabled, UEA may use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar analytics technologies to understand Site traffic and performance.
UEA’s Site is configured so that optional Google analytics technologies do not load until a visitor affirmatively allows analytics through the Site’s consent interface.
Where supported by the implementation, IP-anonymization or similar privacy-protective settings may be used.
G. Error Monitoring and Session Diagnostics
UEA uses technical monitoring services, including Sentry, to identify errors, diagnose failures, measure performance, secure the Site, and improve reliability.
Such systems may process information such as:
browser and device information;
user agent;
referring URL;
language information;
page or URL information;
URL query parameters;
technical traces;
error information; and
limited session information associated with an error.
UEA configures its monitoring systems to reduce unnecessary collection of personal information. Certain categories, including authentication cookies, ordinary request bodies, database query data, and directly identified user information, are excluded from monitoring where supported by the configuration.
Error-session replay functionality may be used to diagnose technical failures. UEA configures such functionality to mask or suppress displayed text and media where supported.
H. Administrative and CMS Information
Authorized UEA administrators and editors may have accounts within UEA’s content management system. UEA may process:
name;
email address;
authentication information;
role and permission level;
account status;
login/session information;
content changes;
administrative actions; and
audit-log information.
I. Media and Video Information
The Site may display images and videos using UEA’s media infrastructure and third-party delivery providers. Video playback may result in the processing of ordinary playback, device, performance, or network information by the relevant video provider.
J. Information We Do Not Currently Collect Through Online Payments
As of the Effective Date, the Site does not provide an online payment gateway and UEA does not collect payment-card information through the Site.
If online payment functionality is introduced, this Privacy Policy and any applicable transaction disclosures may be updated.
3. Sources of Personal Information
UEA may obtain personal information:
directly from you;
from a parent or legal guardian;
from your agent, manager, attorney, representative, team, organization, employer, or other authorized person;
from brands, sponsors, media organizations, business partners, or professional contacts;
through Google Forms or other third-party intake tools used on UEA’s behalf;
automatically through your use of the Site;
from service providers supporting UEA;
from public websites, public social-media profiles, league or team sources, press coverage, public records, or other publicly available sources; and
from other lawful sources relevant to UEA’s legitimate business activities.
4. How We Use Personal Information

evaluate prospective talent, representation, partnership, sponsorship, media, and business opportunities;
communicate with athletes, talent, parents, guardians, representatives, brands, partners, sponsors, media organizations, and other contacts;
administer UEA’s internal inquiry and relationship-management processes;
provide requested information or services;
create, maintain, and publish authorized athlete, coach, executive, partner, campaign, and editorial content;
administer representation and professional relationships;
send transactional or service-related messages;
send newsletters, promotional email, or other marketing when permitted by applicable law and consistent with the recipient’s preferences;
send marketing text messages only where UEA has obtained the consent required for the applicable program;
administer subscriptions, opt-outs, and suppression records;
operate, host, maintain, personalize, and improve the Site;
measure Site traffic and performance where analytics consent has been provided;
deliver and optimize images and video;
diagnose technical problems;
detect fraud, spam, abuse, attacks, unauthorized access, or other security incidents;
enforce UEA’s agreements, policies, and legal rights;
comply with legal, regulatory, contractual, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations;
establish, exercise, investigate, or defend legal claims;
protect UEA, its clients, its partners, and others from harm; and
support a merger, financing, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar corporate transaction, subject to applicable law.
UEA may also use de-identified or aggregated information for lawful business purposes where the information can no longer reasonably identify an individual.
5. Cookies, Local Storage, and Similar Technologies
The Site may use cookies, browser local storage, pixels, scripts, and similar technologies.
Necessary and Functional Technologies
Certain technologies may be necessary to:
provide administrative authentication;
maintain security;
remember privacy preferences;
prevent abuse;
operate Site functionality; and
maintain authorized sessions.
For example, the Site may store your analytics-consent preference in browser local storage.
Optional Analytics
Optional Google analytics technologies are intended to load only after affirmative consent through the Site’s consent interface.
You may decline optional analytics. Declining optional analytics does not prevent ordinary use of the public Site.
You may also be given a mechanism on the Privacy Policy page or elsewhere on the Site to reset or change your analytics preference.
6. How We Disclose Personal Information
UEA may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients when reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Service Providers and Processors

database, authentication, and storage services, including Supabase;
email delivery, including Resend;
video hosting, processing, and playback, including Mux;
error monitoring, diagnostics, and performance services, including Sentry;
analytics, including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager where enabled and consented to;
intake forms, including Google Forms where used;
background workflow or automation infrastructure, including Inngest;
security and abuse prevention; and
other technical or professional services.
UEA Personnel and Authorized Representatives
Personal information may be made available to authorized UEA owners, employees, contractors, agents, editors, administrators, attorneys, consultants, and other persons who require access for legitimate business purposes.
Athletes, Talent, Brands, Sponsors, Media, and Business Partners
Where appropriate to the nature of your request, UEA may disclose relevant information to an athlete, talent client, parent or guardian, brand, sponsor, media organization, professional representative, or business partner in order to evaluate or facilitate the requested opportunity or communication.
Legal and Safety Disclosures
UEA may disclose information if it reasonably believes disclosure is necessary to:
comply with applicable law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or other lawful process;
respond to lawful requests from governmental authorities;
investigate or prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, or illegal activity;
protect the rights, property, safety, or security of UEA or another person; or
establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Business Transactions
Information may be disclosed in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar corporate transaction, subject to applicable legal requirements.
7. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising
As of the Effective Date, based on the Site’s current configuration:
UEA does not sell personal information for monetary consideration; and
UEA does not intentionally use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Optional first-party Site analytics may be enabled only after the visitor permits analytics.
If UEA’s practices materially change in a manner that constitutes a “sale,” “sharing,” or use for “targeted advertising” under an applicable privacy law, UEA will update its notices and provide applicable opt-out mechanisms before or when required.
Where applicable law requires UEA to recognize a qualifying universal opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, UEA will honor the signal for legally covered sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising processing.
8. Marketing Communications
You may unsubscribe from promotional email by using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in the communication or by contacting UEA.
UEA may retain limited information necessary to record and honor an unsubscribe request.
SMS and Text Messages
If UEA offers promotional SMS or text messaging, enrollment will be governed by the consent disclosure presented when you enroll.
Consent to promotional text messaging is not a condition of submitting a Site inquiry or obtaining representation from UEA.
Where applicable, you may opt out using the instructions contained in the applicable messaging program.
Transactional or individually requested communications may be treated differently from promotional marketing where permitted by law.
9. Third-Party Websites, Social Media, and Embedded Content
The Site may link to or display content associated with third parties, including:
YouTube;
Instagram;
X;
teams and leagues;
sponsors and brand partners;
media outlets; and
other external websites and services.
Certain YouTube videos may be displayed using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embedding functionality.
When you interact with third-party content or leave the Site, the third party may collect information under its own privacy policy and terms. UEA does not control the independent privacy practices of those third parties.
10. Data Retention
UEA retains personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to:
respond to and administer inquiries;
evaluate prospective professional relationships;
maintain active professional, sponsorship, or business relationships;
maintain authorized Site content;
administer marketing preferences;
maintain appropriate suppression records;
maintain security, diagnostic, and audit records;
comply with legal, contractual, accounting, and regulatory obligations;
resolve disputes; and
establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Retention periods vary based on the type of information, its sensitivity, the relationship involved, applicable contractual requirements, and legal obligations.
When information is no longer reasonably required, UEA may delete, anonymize, or otherwise dispose of it, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping requirements.
11. Data Security
UEA uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
These measures may include access controls, authentication, restricted administrative permissions, validation, rate limiting, monitoring, database security controls, and other security measures appropriate to the nature of the information.
No website, network, database, or electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You should therefore use care when deciding what information to transmit online.
12. Children and Minors
The Site is a general-audience professional sports, talent, and business website. It is not directed to children under 13.
A child under 13 should not independently submit personal information through the Site.
If UEA obtains actual knowledge that it collected personal information online directly from a child under 13 in circumstances covered by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”), UEA will take appropriate steps to delete the information or obtain verifiable parental consent as required by applicable law.
A parent or legal guardian may contact UEA concerning personal information associated with a minor.
Separately from COPPA’s under-13 requirements, UEA’s policy is that personal information, photographs, video, likenesses, or other identifying media concerning any individual under 18 will be published by UEA only pursuant to authorization from the individual’s parent or legal guardian.
Where required by applicable state privacy law, UEA will obtain the legally required authorization before engaging in covered sale, targeted-advertising, profiling, or other restricted processing involving minors.
13. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you reside and whether a particular privacy law applies to UEA or the processing at issue, you may have the right to:
confirm whether UEA processes personal information concerning you;
request access to personal information;
obtain information about categories of personal information, sources, purposes, and recipients;
request correction of inaccurate personal information;
request deletion of personal information, subject to legal exceptions;
obtain a portable copy of certain personal information;
opt out of qualifying sales of personal information;
opt out of qualifying targeted advertising or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising;
opt out of certain qualifying profiling;
limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information where applicable;
withdraw consent where processing depends on consent;
use an authorized agent where applicable;
appeal certain denials of a privacy request where applicable; and
exercise applicable privacy rights without unlawful discrimination.
These rights are subject to the definitions, thresholds, exceptions, verification requirements, and other conditions imposed by applicable law.
UEA’s inclusion of a right in this Privacy Policy does not constitute an admission that a particular statute applies to UEA in every circumstance.

15. California Privacy Notice
If the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (“CCPA”), applies to UEA or the processing at issue, California residents may have the rights described in Section 13.
During the preceding 12 months, UEA may have collected the categories of information described in this Privacy Policy, including:
identifiers and contact information;
Internet or electronic-network activity;
professional and employment-related information;
photographs, video, and other media;
commercial or relationship information;
communications and inquiry information;
inferences necessarily associated with routing or evaluating an inquiry; and
sensitive personal information only to the extent such information falls within a statutory definition and is actually processed by UEA.

As of the Effective Date, UEA does not sell personal information for monetary consideration and does not intentionally share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Nothing in this section limits a California resident’s rights when the CCPA applies.
16. New Jersey and Other U.S. State Privacy Rights
Residents of New Jersey and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have additional or similar rights when the relevant law applies to UEA.
These may include rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy of personal data, opt out of certain sales or targeted advertising, opt out of qualifying profiling, revoke consent to certain processing, use an authorized agent, and appeal certain request decisions.
UEA will honor rights required by applicable law.
17. Sensitive Personal Information
UEA does not request that members of the public submit Social Security numbers, financial-account credentials, account passwords, government identification numbers, medical records, or similarly sensitive information through the general Site inquiry form.
Please do not send such information through a general inquiry unless UEA specifically requests it through an appropriate process.
Where UEA processes information legally classified as sensitive personal information, UEA will apply the consent, purpose limitation, security, and other requirements imposed by applicable law.
18. International Visitors
UEA is based in the United States. The Site is primarily intended for a U.S. audience, and UEA does not intentionally target individuals in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland through the Site.
If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in the United States and other jurisdictions in which UEA’s service providers operate.

19. Changes to This Privacy Policy
